What is Psychotherapy?

Psychotherapy is a collaborative and evidence-based approach to address emotional and psychological issues which are troubling you.

Through a safe and confidential environment, I help individuals explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviours to empower them to make positive changes in their lives.

Using a variety of techniques, I will work with you to gain insight into your challenges and develop effective coping strategies. My goal is to empower you to discover your own strengths, overcome obstacles, and lead a more fulfilling life.
